Shipping
We offer complimentary delivery for all online orders in the UK. We do not currently accept international online orders, but in certain cases, we may be able to fulfil international orders offline. If this is necessary, you can contact us directly via the contact form to arrange as needed. Please allow three working days for us to dispatch your order unless otherwise communicated to you.
Bespoke or commissioned orders can take up to 3-4 weeks, but in many cases, they are turned around much faster. You will be given an approximate dispatch date once the order is received.
Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Monday – Thursday and will arrive the next working day. A signature will be required upon receipt of the delivery. This excludes Saturdays and bank holidays. We do not offer a same-day delivery service, but if it is urgent, please contact us by email at info@finegemslondon.com or call us on 07301023608.
Returns
Return Policy on Loose Gemstones
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of receiving your online order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Gemstone(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
- The product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and the Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, and lab certificates as sent out
Goods that are returned are returned at your cost. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage to items which are returned to us. It is also advisable to obtain suitable insurance and means of tracking the item being returned. Please note you will be responsible for the full cost of those Goods if they are lost or stolen during their return journey to us, so we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service which is insured appropriately for the value of the goods.
Return Policy on Gemstone Jewellery:
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any engraved, bespoke or customised pieces. Bespoke and customised pieces include, but are not limited to, the order of setting the gemstone into a ring pendant or bracelet setting.
